A home maintenance inspection should be performed every 3 to 5 years and whenever work has been performed on the property.

Our full-home inspection service is critical when owners of new construction want to take advantage of a builder’s one-year or other warranty. Owners will want to alert a builder of the construction, cosmetic and other issues discovered before a warranty expires. After the initial inspection is performed, you will want to ensure that repairs and renovations are done completely and properly! Once requested items have been addressed by a contractor or builder, our inspector can verify on an hourly fee basis that items have been addressed appropriately.

Radon soil gas is the leading cause of lung cancer for non-smokers and a contributor to decreased quality of the interior air you breathe. It is very common in Colorado and found in a majority of homes and buildings. If the levels meet or exceed the EPA’s threshold of 4.0 pCi/L, a radon mitigation system is recommended to be installed, which will effectively remove the radon gas from under the home.

Homeowners are responsible for the sewer line, from the house to the tap, in most situations. A camera is inserted into the sewer line and reports on its material and condition. Do not leave a potentially costly repair to chance. For homeowners on an OWS system (onsite wastewater system), we will inspect the septic line from the house to the septic tank.
